Standard Delivery:
All products ordered by 12:00 p.m. (PST) will be shipped the same business day via the customer's choice of FedEx or UPS Ground service, unless Priority service is specified. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will be shipped the following day. Shipping charges are based on total size/weight and handling.
Priority Delivery:
Select from UPS and FedEx Priority listed options that are available from the pull-down menu under Shipping. The total shipping charges will show based on the shipping method chosen.
*Special Freight Delivery:
As shown in the item description, a limited number of very large or heavy products indicated *Special Freight Required (extra charge for shipping depending upon destination) and may require 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. *Special Freight is a dependable and economical way to deliver your purchase to your door in 3-5 weeks. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, daytime hours only. When ordering, be sure to include your phone number. Extra charges may apply to remote areas or complicated deliveries. Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together.
Order Tracking:
You can track your order by e-mailing your Order Number to orders@culinarydirect.com or call Customer Service at 888-892-5821, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (PST). Please have your Order Number handy.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
RETURNS:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.
Print and fill out the Product Return Form and enclose it with the returned product.
